How do I start with your service?

To get started, it only takes one garment!

  • Call to schedule your first pickup at (561) 445-1163
  • Fill in the NEW CUSTOMER ORDER FORM and select a payment type (only takes a minute or two!)
  • Place it in the FREE heavy duty laundry bag we drop off  with your delivery
  • Leave the bag at your door...and we do the rest....that easy!

    • What are your days for pick up and delivery? Do I have to be home for service?

  • We will pick up your first order on Monday. It will be delivered back to you the following Monday in protective covers along with your FREE heavy duty laundry bag. From then on we'll be in your complex/neighborhood every Monday.
    You will receive a text every Monday morning reminding you of pickups. Please respond by 9 AM at the latest, if you have a pickup, so we can program our route for that day. If you need a RUSH delivery, we can drop off your order on that Thursday early morning. 
  • NO, you don't have to be home for service. We pick-up and deliver to a protected location - home or office.

    • Do I have to send in clothes every time? Is there a minimum Order?

  • NO, use us only when needed.
  • NO, why pile up dirty clothes?

    • Do you do Expert Alterations - Tailoring?

    YES, simply pin the instructions to the garment in question.

    Payment terms and acceptance? Is there an additional charge for pick-up?

    For your convenience we accept:

  • VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Check. "We only charge card once a month"
  • NO, there is no charge for pick-up and delivery services

    • Your FREE heavy duty laundry bag.

    Do I get to keep the bag? Of course! Use them for your next order. At Dry Clean Express of Boca, we care about the environment and so we designed our branded bags to be perfect for transporting your laundry to and from our facilities.

    I missed my slot! What do I do?

    We are happy to pick up your clothing at a more convenient time. Just book your pickup again using our website or give us a call.

    Are special detergents available?

    We offer unperfumed and hypoallergenic detergents - the driver picking up your clothes will ask you about any special requirements or note it on the information sheet

    Are there things that you will not wash?

    Currently, we wash most items of clothing. If our laundry specialist discovers that it would not be sensible to wash a certain textile, we will contact you and agree on how to continue.

    Can you get a stain out for me?

    We can definitely try! Stains are best treated immediately, so your garment has a better chance of recovery. Turn your garment inside out and run cold water over the stain. This will greatly help the affected area, and in return make the stain easier to remove.

    How do I know that my personal items of laundry are in safe hands?

    The safety of personal items is in our hearts. Our drivers understand that and are hand selected professionals. If your personal items need to be washed a certain way, don’t worry - we’ll ask you for any special requests when we collect them.
